"It has been my passion to learn as much as I can about the body, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. Since receiving my first massage years ago, I came to realize how much massage has helped me to deal with my own posture and the pain it caused from sitting at a desk most of the day, as well as the stresses of everyday life. Once I decided to start a new journey on becoming a massage therapist, it was important to me to become completely immersed in my education. I strive to learn as much as I can about our anatomy and the way our bodies were designed to move so that I can also educate my clients.  I am excited to continue my education so that I may be able to offer more services. Through a partnership with my client, we can find the underlying cause of their pain and how massage therapy can help."
